We’re proud to announce that Christopher North, the Business Administration Apprentice at TRN was unanimously selected as the MiddletonMurray ‘Apprentice of the Month’ for January.
The ‘Apprentice of the Month’ Award – which is chosen by a panel of judges that includes Tessa Oversby, HR Consultant and Enterprise Adviser, The Careers and Enterprise Company; Peter Varney, CEO of KEH Sports Ltd and Vice Chairman of Ebbsfleet United FC; Steve Sutherland, Head of Marketing and PR at MiddletonMurray and Head Judge, MiddletonMurray CEO Angela Middleton – is designed to increase the awareness of the benefits of employing apprentices to prospective employers and to highlight to young people that while working in a paid job as an apprentice they would gain valuable experience and confidence, plus a recognised qualification.
“I have no doubt that Chris will fulfil his personal objectives and be a great asset to his organisation in a middle/senior management role within the near future. He is a true professional, an excellent ambassador for his organisation and I am delighted to be his assessor.”
Explaining the judges’ decision, Tessa Oversby said, ”it was clear to us all that Chris North was the stand out candidate. The role and duties he performs are impressive and he has a clear desire and determination to succeed, which is impressive. He is a worthy winner.”
From all of us at TRN we’d like to congratulate him on this achievement and are glad to have him on the team.
